All of our machines come with a warranty period of 1-3 years, varying depending on the product and its components. For specific details, please contact our sales team. We will specify the warranty period when issuing the quotation.
Typically, it takes about 30 days for a machine to go from order to shipment. However, we stock up in advance based on seasonal and demand conditions, which means that for standard models, they can potentially be shipped as quickly as 15 days. Of course, for some large-scale machines and non-standard machines, the time may be slightly longer, approximately 45 days.
We accept payment via T/T and L/C, with 30% of the payment required upon order confirmation, and the remaining balance to be settled before shipment. For our dealers, we typically offer credit terms. In addition, for large non-standard machines, we also require a security deposit of around 3-5%, with the final payment due once the machine has been installed and calibrated.
